Update: EPA and Mercury Spills  
   Maine's Department of Environmental Protection released a CFL Breakage Study Report  on February 25, 2008. EPA has conducted an initial review of this study and, as a result of this review, the EPA updated thier CFL Cleanup Instructions.

    The Veolia Environmental Services creates website to locate return locations to safely recycle flourescent lamps  in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
